Repuko ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent reputation management platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Registration: Name, email address, business name, and password.
- Business Profile Data: When you add your business listing to our platform, we access public data, including your business name, address, public reviews, and ratings.
- Payment & Billing Information: We do not hold, store, or process your credit card or billing information on our servers. All billing and subscription management is securely handled by our third-party Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is a market leader in secure global payment processing, ensuring your financial data is fully encrypted and handled in strict compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Phone Numbers & Contact Data: If you use our review request feature, you may provide your customers' phone numbers or email addresses for the sole purpose of sending review request messages on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share these phone numbers or email addresses with any third party for marketing purposes.
- Communications: Any information you provide when contacting our support team.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction patterns.
- Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Display your business profile data (reviews, ratings, metrics) within your dashboard.
- Generate AI-assisted draft replies for your reviews.
- Send review request messages (SMS or email) to your customers on your behalf, only when you explicitly initiate a request.
- Send transactional emails (e.g., account verification, performance reports).
- Detect and prevent security threats, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. SMS & Messaging Compliance
If you use our review request feature to send SMS messages to your customers, the following terms apply:
- Consent Required: You represent and warrant that you have obtained proper consent from each recipient before sending any SMS review request through our Service. Consent must be freely given and may not be a condition of any purchase or service.
- Consent Records: We maintain records of user consent (opt-in) for compliance purposes.
- Messaging Purpose: SMS messages sent through Repuko are used solely to send review request links to your customers on your behalf. Each message contains a direct link to your public business profile so recipients can leave a review.
- Sender Identification: Each message clearly identifies the business or Repuko as the sender.
- Opt-Out & Help: All SMS messages include clear opt-out and help instructions. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from future messages, or reply HELP for assistance. We honor all opt-out requests immediately.
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients based on their mobile carrier and plan.
- Third-Party Messaging Provider: SMS messages are delivered through a third-party messaging infrastructure provider. This provider processes messages on our behalf and is contractually obligated to handle data in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
- No Sharing of Phone Numbers: Phone numbers provided for review requests are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used exclusively for sending the requested review invitation.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage. You control when and to whom review requests are sent.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use third-party vendors that process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations. These include providers for database hosting and authentication, AI-assisted reply generation, SMS and messaging delivery, and payment processing for subscription billing.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted storage, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law. Cached API content is retained temporarily (no more than 30 days) and deleted upon cache expiry or account disconnection.
Account Deletion: You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@repuko.com or through your dashboard settings. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete all stored personal data and business profile data within thirty (30) days, and provide confirmation of deletion via email.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.

Repuko is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party business listing platform. Any trademarks, logos, or brand names referenced within the Service belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
